Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Attend QR ("we", "our" or "us") refunds payments for its plans, and how to ask for a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

The 30-day free trial is free of charge, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. You can ask for it when you book a demo.

If you ask within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund that payment in full. This applies to monthly and yearly plans alike.

The guarantee covers:

• The first payment your organisation makes for a plan.

It does not cover:

• Renewals or any later payment.
• The Attend QR Device or its installation. Any refund for these follows the terms of the quote.

After the first 7 days, payments are not refunded. You can choose not to renew at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Write to info@attendqr.in within 7 days of your first payment. Please include:

• Your organisation's name and workspace name.
• The date and amount of the payment.

We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its last updated date. A change does not affect a refund request made before it was published.
